Horizontal pair along with 50c Rose red (#30) and 20c Yellow green (#29). Tied by violet oval “Admon. de Correos/De Puntarenas./Republica de Costa Rica” handstamps. Legal size cover to the Collector of Customs, San Francisco, U.S. Consulate. Corner card, paid of U.S. 10c postage dues tied at bottom left. Cover with small repaired tears at top and edge faults as expected. Fine; at most only one other example of the 1 Peso value is known on cover.
