Por qu\u00e9? hagamos la matem\u00e1tica:<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el decreto #242 del 6 de diciembre de 1911, s\u00f3lamente 1,500 estampillas de la Scott 94 (incluyendo la perforaci\u00f3n 14&#215;14) se imprimieron. Ahora, El correos invertido se da 2 veces por pliego de 100. 1,500\/100=15 x2=30. Los c\u00e1culos no termina ah\u00ed porque por lo menos 2 pliegos fueron de perforaci\u00f3n 14&#215;14. Entonces, 4 estampillas son la Scott 94c (correos invertido, pero perforaci\u00f3n 14&#215;14). La matem\u00e1tica final ser\u00eda 30 (estampillas con correos invertido) -4 (correos invertido 14&#215;14)= 26 estampillas Scott 94b.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque s\u00f3lo 26 estampillas de la Scott 94b se imprimieron -y no hay datos de cu\u00e1ntas quedan- los coleccionistas tienden a dejar pasar estas rarezas.
